When an order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with shipping/tracking information at the email related to your StewMac customer account. You can also view the status and tracking information under your Order History while logged in to the StewMac website.
All shipments from StewMac are guaranteed. If your order has not been delivered within the time frame listed for your shipping method below, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you.
United States
Domestic US shipping
Our expected delivery time for all domestic US shipments is 2-7 business days.
International Shipping Options
International Airmail
Expected delivery time of 10-14 business days, although it sometimes takes as long as 4 weeks.
Packages sent by International Airmail are insured and have tracking visibility until acceptance by your country's postal service.
USPS Priority International
Expected delivery time of 7-21 business days.
Tracking is provided by the United States Postal Service.
Express International
Typically Delivers in 2-4 business days.
Detailed, real-time tracking information is provided for all Express shipments. Please keep abreast of tracking developments, as slow customs resolution can delay your package.
You may experience higher customs and duties fees with Express than with International Airmail or USPS Priority International.
If your package is outside of the expected delivery window please contact us right away so that we can help resolve the issue. If you do not receive tracking/shipping information after your package has shipped please contact us as well.
