We are typically not able to modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted through our website. We process orders very quickly to accommodate for the large volume of packages we send out every day. Our warehouse picks orders during all hours of the day and on weekends. After and order is picked and packed they are loaded in to exiting bins where they can no longer be retrieved.
When placing an order, please ensure that all products that you would like to purchase are included, and that your shipping address and billing information are correct before completing the checkout process.
If you placed an order but something has changed, no need to worry. Simply contact our Customer Support team and we will make sure that you can return any unwanted products for a refund. We are always glad to help in any way that we can.
