Installing new tubes may improve the performance of your amp, especially if it has been played a lot! Power tubes wear out with use, and they need changed on a regular basis.
Preamp tubes can last much longer, and generally do not need to be changed unless you are unsatisfied with the sound of the amplifier.
If your amp still sounds good and is as loud as it should be, you likely do not need to replace the tubes yet.
